Unlike time share or other non-equity vacation ownership plans, your Private Residence Club is a deeded and titled luxury home, sold in one-twelfth shares.

The home is guaranteed to the twelve owners for a total 48 weeks. The remaining four weeks of the year are "free time" when any owner can make a reservation and stay at the resort at no additional charge other that a house cleaning fee. During those 4 weeks, maintenance is also performed to keep all units in top condition.
